Cut me loose
But I can’t get away from here
My path is overgrown
I’m just searching for a way to make it clear
‘Cause I’m a danger to myself
You know I can’t stand it when I can’t have you
And you need my blood to be fortified
I ‘give you a meaning’
I get nothing back
The psyche collapse
Pollution in the human form
Repulsed by your body
You open your mind
To let me inside
Pollution in the human form
Cling to her
Until she touches then you’re always paralysed
I can be anything you want but your lover
Cling to him
Feel him split and watch the reason leave my mind
Obsession divine
In it’s grip I am crucified
I ‘give you a meaning’
I get nothing back
The psyche collapse
Pollution in the human form
And oh, right there, right there, right there, right there, right there
Dominate me till I don’t even care
Oh if you reach for me I’m coming around again
Oh if I reach for you you’re going to ground again
Oh it’s an ecstasy to bleed out until we ruin ourselves
Ruin
Ruin every
Ruin everything
I’m a danger to myself
You’re a danger to yourself
It’s the thrill that makes us whole again
I ‘give you a meaning’
I get nothing back
The psyche collapse
Pollution in the human form
Repulsed by your body
You open your mind
To let me inside
Pollution in the human form
Oh right there, right there, right there, right there, right there
Dominate me till I don’t even care

'Blue Heart Rate' was the first Lionface song I ever heard.I was doing the washing up on a Saturday evening and was stopped in my tracks via BBC Bristol Introducing program. It builds and builds gloriously.
Kat Marsh's full vocal range is on display here.I am normally not a Dance music fan but their is a unique Rock edge to it that satisfies the Rocker in me.I have seen the band live since and hope their is more to come from this great 3/4 piece outfit. bluffcity
