Day
Night
I’m a toiler to the narrative
Too lost to live
Fail
Fight
Scrawl the pages full till it’s too late
Suffocate
The words I fear most are my own
Crawling like fever in my home
It sucks the life out of me
Breathing in deep space
I gotta kill it oh
Kill it and take it’s place
Ride down
Hidden chambers that they impregnate
Still and hide your blade
Time wait
Summon sisters to the incantate
Disappear I say
Right down right down till the fall
I am master of it all
The words I fear most are my own
Crawling like fever in my home
It sucks the life out of me
Breathing in deep space
I gotta kill it oh
Kill it and take it’s place
Oh it seems impossible
To make it out at all
The words I fear most are my own
Crawling like fever in my home
It sucks the life out of me
Breathing in deep space
I gotta kill it oh
Kill it and take it’s place

All music & vocals - Kat Marsh
'Blue Heart Rate' was the first Lionface song I ever heard.I was doing the washing up on a Saturday evening and was stopped in my tracks via BBC Bristol Introducing program. It builds and builds gloriously.
Kat Marsh's full vocal range is on display here.I am normally not a Dance music fan but their is a unique Rock edge to it that satisfies the Rocker in me.I have seen the band live since and hope their is more to come from this great 3/4 piece outfit. bluffcity
